Dabbert’s Tropical Champagne Punch

A Valentine's Day Party

Recipe Pat Dabbert

Pat & David Dabbert, LBK Isles Life Business Partners, serve this festive punch on First Friday Art Walks at their Palm Avenue Gallery. It is a fine way to celebrate Valentine's Day or other Holidays.

1 12 oz. frozen orange juice
1 12 oz. frozen lemonade juice
1 12 oz. frozen limeade juice
1/2 bottle Champagne
8 oz. ginger ale
2 -3 oz. cherry juice (optional)

Add juices to 1-gallon container and fill with water and mix
Pour into large punch bowl
add 8 oz. ginger ale
add 1/2 bottle champagne
add 2 to 3+ oz. cherry juice

We freeze a small bowl (cereal size bowl) with punch in it and after it is frozen, we float it in the punch to keep it cold.
Float frozen juice and water mix in a 10 to 12 oz. bowl
Garnish with slices of lemon or lime
